INU INTRODUCTION

Iqra National University (INU) is a newly chartered university having its campus at Hayatabad Phase II Peshawar. Although it is newly chartered but the name “Iqra” is not new for the students, business circles and job market since the management, the faculty and the infrastructure is serving the nation at Peshawar for the last one decade, when it emerged as a campus of Iqra University Karachi chartered by the Government of Sind in year 2000 at University Town in a rented premises.

Introduction:

IT is the mission of INU Art & Design to provide aspiring artists and designers with career preparation, combined with academic excellence for the Fashion and art related programs. The Fashion curriculum refines and focuses the student’s individual vision and aesthetics in fashion, offering courses in design, merchandising, textiles and knitwear. Studio courses are student’s mastery of fashion industry standards in design and construction. The program combines design excellence with computer skills, preparing our graduates to launch themselves successfully into the industry upon graduating.

Objectives

INU Art & Design has a faculty of dynamic industry professionals who bring creative, technical, and business experience in the fashion world into the class room.
INU Art & Design Curriculum is supported by current technology used in the apparel industry such as Gerber Artworks computer-aided design, Corel Draw, Photoshop and illustrator.
INU Art & Design provide students with the facility of semester exchange program with European and Australian universities where students can complete their semester with full credit transfer facility.
INU Art & Design provides opportunities for students to present their fashion and costume collections at the annual Debut Fashion Gala.
INU Art & Design has a career center that maintains unparalleled connections in the fashion and entertainment industries.
